Meet the Team

Tim joined the Eastwood Golf Club team as Director of Golf in 2025, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a strong understanding of Club operations and member engagement. Tim’s decade-long experience in the golf industry has earned him a reputation for his knowledge of the game, dedication to members and commitment to creating a welcoming and enjoyable club environment.

Well known to many around Eastwood already, Tim’s approachable nature and passion for golf make him a great addition to the team. In his role as Director of Golf, he will oversee the day-to-day golf operations while working closely with members, staff and the Golf Shop team to continue enhancing the golfing experience at our Club. Outside of the course, Tim is known for getting in an early morning run in the hills nearby — often powered by a strategically timed caffeine hit to kick-start the day.

Rhonda rejoined the Eastwood Golf Club team in late 2022, returning nearly a decade after her first tenure at the club. With over 15 years of experience in the golf industry, she brings a deep knowledge of the game, a commitment to exceptional service, and a vibrant, approachable energy that makes her a valued part of the Eastwood community.

Rhonda’s passion for golf goes beyond the workplace – Rhonda is an avid traveller who enjoys exploring new destinations, often combining her love of travel with opportunities to play at golf courses around the world. Her enthusiasm for the game and her friendly nature make her a familiar and welcome face around the club.

Ryan joined the Eastwood Golf Club team in late 2023 as a PGA Associate, bringing with him a strong passion for the game and a growing reputation in the local golf community. He began his golfing journey at Keysborough Golf Club, where he developed his skills over many years and was proudly crowned the 2023 Club Champion – a testament to his dedication.

As he works toward full PGA accreditation, Ryan is committed to expanding his knowledge and experience in all aspects of the game, from coaching and player development to club operations. Friendly and approachable, he enjoys working with golfers of all levels and is always eager to share his insights, whether on the range, in the pro shop, or out on the course.
