The Victorian Pennant competition has a rich history with competition dating back over 100 years.
Seven player Pennant teams represent each participating club across a seven week season and it is an honour for players to be able to represent their own club.
Eastwood is proud to have a very strong Pennant team in both our Mens and Women’s categories.

After a solid season in 2023 finishing mid-table, the Men’s team will again compete in Division 3 for the 2024 season. We have had a number of changes to the squad and will be seeing a few new names added for this year. Unfortunately, from last seasons team we lose Shane Butler and our current Club Champion Blake Henderson. The team this year is managed by Andrew “Stunna” Grant who has been a close supporter of the team for a number of years.
The 2024 squad: Blair McCormack (Team Captain), Nick Wright, Taylor Smith, Daniel Case, Tom Ryan, Lachlan Watson, Scott McPherson, Andy Fry, Darren Hall & Simon Welsh.
2024 Men’s Pennant Draw Our Women’s team managed a mid-table finish in the Friday Pennant competition in 2023 and as a result, will remain in Division 1 for 2024. Sandra Reidy will be managing the Women’s team for this season.
The Women’s squad remains unchanged for the 2024 season with the below members participating again this year.
The 2024 squad: Jenny Versteegen (Team Captain), Viv Laurito, Shellie Storm, Christina Cameron, Linda McCleery, Jenny Chan, Pauline Brydon & Yolanda Cutriss.
